About Tait Hawes

Tait works out of his home studio in Leucadia, CA. He grew up
in York, ME and Portsmouth, NH and obtained his BFA from Massachusetts College of Art where he studied Painting, Sculpture, Printmaking and Design. He also studied in Florence, Italy where he completed an intensive painting and drawing study that solidified his passion and love for creating art. He spent the greater part of the past 20 years providing art and creative direction for brands such as Capitol Records, Vans, Judith, Burton Snowboards and Reef. His sole focus now is on creating artwork for clients and his art prints business, Sons Studio.
